Zambomba Alejandro Estrada «En Navidad»

Alejandro Estrada's Zambomba returns to Teatro Cervantes with "En Navidad" on Tuesday 22 December 2026 at 20:00, as part of the Navidad en el Cervantes y Echegaray 2026 programme.

The Málaga-born cantaor, backed by a large cast, brings his repertoire of traditional flamenco carols along with songs of his own. Cante, guitar, dance and percussion transport the audience to an Andalusian flamenco Christmas — especially the traditional zambombas of Jerez and Arcos de la Frontera — for a night full of artistry. Alongside Estrada's passion for the art of Jerez are his own compositions, reflecting how he experiences Christmas most intimately, at home with family, and, true to his roots, always with a nod to his home city.

Since its debut in 2007, the Zambomba Flamenca Alejandro Estrada has filled Málaga's major venues every year — Teatro Cervantes, the Cathedral, the ESAD Auditorium, the Picasso Museum — and toured Andalusia with leading names in flamenco today.
