Salma · Mal Corte

Salma presents her new EP, "Mal Corte", at Sala Trinchera in Málaga on Thursday 3 December 2026.

A six-song record built around passion, drama and heartbreak as its core feelings. The songs are very different from one another, spanning a range of styles that her natural flamenco voice ties together: from jotas to corridos tumbaos, by way of alegrías, more pop-leaning compositions, urban productions and, of course, flamenco. After "Sangre de Cobarde", her debut album (November 2024), Salma has come back strong in 2026 with this EP and standout collaborations with Lola Indigo, Lia Kali and Queralt Lahoz.

Salma is a Málaga-born artist who, beyond the shows she's appeared on, has trained in flamenco guitar and singing since she was 8 (she's now 23). She grew up in flamenco peñas surrounded by strong women, from whom she's learned the courage and sensitivity that define her. She combines her career as an artist with songwriting, and this past year has worked with major names on songs still to be released.
