El Cigala

Diego "El Cigala" (Madrid, 1968) is one of the great flamenco singers of his generation, known worldwide for his album "Lágrimas Negras" (2003), recorded with Cuban pianist Bebo Valdés, which became an international sales phenomenon. With a voice of enormous depth and duende, El Cigala has fused flamenco with bolero, jazz and Cuban music while always keeping his Roma roots intact.
