Buena Vista Social Club is a collective of Cuban son, bolero and guaracha musicians who found worldwide fame thanks to the 1997 album produced by Ry Cooder and Wim Wenders's documentary. Legendary musicians such as Ibrahim Ferrer, Compay Segundo and Rubén González brought traditional Cuban music back into the international spotlight.
